PJQ-100型切角機使用說明

  注意Δ：偏心輪一定要旋轉(zhuǎn)到最高點切角刀才會動。

  選好切角刀，用手扳偏心輪(圖(2)中3)，調(diào)整好切角刀的與圓角銅墊的位置，將被切物置于工作臺上，與兩小側(cè)板靠齊，尖角與裁刀“R”中心對正，然后扳下手柄或踏板，當偏心輪開始運動后，再松開手柄或踏板。這時切角刀完成一個裁切循環(huán)后停于最高點。

  如踩住踏板、或扳手柄不放時，切刀將會連續(xù)裁切。用手扳動偏心輪調(diào)整切角刀上下行程時，應將切刀扳回到最高點，使連桿(圖(2)中2)垂直于工作臺位置。否則，當扳下手柄(圖(2)中14)或踩下踏板(圖(2)中19)時偏心輪(圖(2)中3)將不會轉(zhuǎn)動即切角刀不能下切。

  Select the cutting knife, use the hand to pull the center wheel(Figure 3), adjust the position of the cutting knife and the round corner copper pad, place the cut object on the work table, and align with the two small side panels. The sharp corner faces the center of the cutter "R" and then pulls the handle or pedal. When the eccentric wheel starts to move, the handle or pedal is released. At this time, the cutter completes a cutting cycle and stops at the highest point.

  If you step on the pedal, or when the wrench handle is not put, the cutter will cut continuously. When the eccentric wheel is used to adjust the angle cutter's up and down stroke, the cutter shall be pulled back to the highest point so that the connecting rod(2 in Figure(2)) is perpendicular to the table position. Otherwise, the eccentric wheel(3 in Figure(2)) will not rotate when the handle is pulled(14 in Figure(2)) or the pedal is stepped down(19 in Figure(2)), that is, the cutter can not cut down.
